By accessing or using the Site, making a purchase, or downloading any materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or purchase any products.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

2. Products and Purchases

We offer a digital product in the relocation quiz. All sales are processed through our third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes.

Access to the quiz and member area are available immediately after purchase. You are responsible for ensuring you can access what you need at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds

Purchases are refundable for three (3) days after the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the tool and site content, please reach out within three (3) days to receive your refund. After that timeline, Where In America reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or revoke your license to any Materials at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in UTAH. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
