Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on May 31, 2026.

We at Where In America are working to make our site whereinamerica.com accessible to people with disabilities.

Where In America is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure our interactive relocation tools are usable by all individuals.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Where In America strives to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content, particularly dynamic or AI-generated outputs, may not yet fully conform to the strictest accessibility standards due to technical limitations of real-time data streaming.

  • HTML

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Known Limitations & Assessment

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the Where In America platform, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below:

  1. AI-Generated Reports: Relocation dossiers generated in real-time by our backend Artificial Intelligence models may occasionally output formatting structures that are not perfectly optimized for screen readers. We are actively working on server-side filters to normalize this data.

  2. Multi-Step Form Transitions: Rapid transitions between different states within our interactive survey box may cause temporary focus placement challenges for keyboard-only navigation users.
